I don’t write online reviews, but Jack definitely deserves one! Not only was Jack’s vast knowledge of the market invaluable, he helped us at every step along the way and was our rock when we got off course. We started our house hunt in the summer of 2024, with a specific budget and a laundry list of "must haves". I admit this was no easy feat. Words cannot express the depth of gratitude and appreciation that I have for Rich and Shayna. We began our search for a new home in early 2022 during an incredibly volatile time in the housing market. I was introduced to Rich through a former neighbor, and from the very beginning, Rich was willing and able to answer my myriad questions. He was always there with a flashlight in hand, helping us to identify potential pitfalls.
When we finally found a home and started the process of working towards closing, Rich was our advocate and watched out for us to ensure that we were protected while working with some very difficult sellers. One incident that stands out was when Rich hopped onto the roof with the contractor to get an understanding of the situation related to our home inspection – talk about commitment to your client!
