I recently worked with Jesse Miller to both buy and sell a house in Spokane WA. Jesse was an excellent agent throughout the entire process. We first purchased our new home with him and he went all over town with us exploring houses. He has an excellent disposition and solid knowledge of homes and home maintenance. He used his network of contacts to help answer questions, such as plumbing issues, furnance and heating issues, and chimney and roof advice. Jonathan, along with his son Brandon, were great for us. Having prior military experience as well of plenty of experience in real estate made him perfect for understanding our unique needs and the specific requirements of buying a home with a VA loan. He was extremely responsive whenever we texted or called him with question, always texting within minutes to either give us the answer or let us know he was looking into it and would get back to us ASAP once he got the answer. We had a surprisingly hard time getting info from our loan provider, so I would call Jonathan to see if he could find out, and he hounded them till we got the info we needed. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and willing to give advice on what might work for our family. Finally, he works in a team with his son so whenever one was unavailable to give a showing, the other was able to do it, and Brandon is every bit as helpful as his father. Highly recommend them to anyone.
UPDATE: It has been over 3 months since we closed on our house, and the house has had some issues. None of these were Jonathan or Brandon’s fault nor were they their responsibility to fix. However, I called Jonathan for some advice on an issue with a wall heater in our bathroom, and they made 3 trips out to our home in Medical Lake to take a look themselves (Brandon has a degree in electrical engineering). Today was their 3rd trip, and they brought a brand new wall heater and installed it for us all for no charge. Honestly, its hard to imagine better service.

Sandi was absolutely amazing, I cannot overstate how invaluable she was for our buying process. Moving to a new state was overwhelming but any time I had a question or concern Sandi was there. If she doesn’t have the answer she has the resources or knows what direction to point you in. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and needed, then did everything she could to make it happen. She saw the listing for our house before we did and knew we had to see it. She knew we were staying in an Airbnb and negotiated a quick close. Not to mention the amount of legwork and coordination she pulled off for inspections and bids for repairs, she took care of everything. On top of all of that, she’s just a great down to earth person, straight forward and honest. I never doubted that she had our best interests at heart. Trevor Windhorst is just an awesome agent. He made himself available at all hours of the day, was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails, and was very patient in my extended search for a property.
After I made an offer, he helped me get reasonable accommodations/credits from the sellers, which is noteworthy since they had already come down on the listing price twice and were not looking to make any more concessions.
He really went above the call of duty when he helped me for six hours in the freezing rain (on a Saturday and Sunday) to install a hand rail and spindles on a deck to ensure it would pass the VA appraisal. He even used his personal vehicle to haul materials from The Home Depot!
