My wife and I were selling our home after having already moved out of state, and were dealing with another realtor. After having our house listed on the market for three months with the other realtor, we decided to reach out to Danyelle to get her input on what we could do better to get it sold. Danyelle responded very quickly and took time out of her busy schedule to go to the house and check out the situation. Danyelle quickly provided us with a very detailed list of what we could do to better the home for showings, and we signed on with her to re-list the house.
Danyelle handled all the contact with contractors to conduct repairs on the house, and made recommendations on contractors that she normally used. These contractors were patient and performed excellent work, even being willing to wait to receive funds from us out of state. Danyelle provided us with many updates and pictures throughout the process.
The most impressive part of working with Danyelle occurred when she (and her family) went to the house on the weekend and took time out of their schedules to perform clean-up and other tasks, just to help us save money on the repairs! That went far above and beyond what we have ever experienced with any other realtor!

Excellent realtor. Tim is an extremely nice guy and very knowledgeable about the San Antonio real estate market. He is very generous with his time, does not complain, and takes lots of his time to answer all a client’s questions and is very prompt (sometimes within seconds) with response times. I honestly thought he worked too hard for us while we listed and searched for a home with him. Highly recommended.
