I had originally gone with another realtor based on a recommendation (from someone I was dating at the time) and she was flat-out garbage. After months of getting nowhere, I fired her. A buddy of mine told me to call “Mikey,” and I’m tellin’ you — within days, I’m not even exaggerating, DAYS, the house was sold. But that’s not even the reason I’m writing this.
