I recently experienced a fracture in my tooth. Dr. Lim was the covering doctor for my dentist who was on vacation. I called and left a message with Dr. Lim. She got back to me the same day and was willing to come into the office before her first scheduled 8am patient on Monday morning to help me. (I am a patient with a latex allergy and have had an allergic reaction to the anesthetic at my previous dentist so I have a bit of a fear of the dentist.) When I arrived at the office at 7:40am Dr. Lim unlocked the door and greeted me herself. She had me wait in the waiting room while she turned on all the equipment and set up the exam room. The waiting room was extremely clean, with new furniture and carpeting and even an air purification system. The air just felt so fresh and clean. When I entered the exam room it was obvious she had all the latest state-of-the-art equipment (even a flat screen TV for the patient to watch while waiting). Dr. Lim examined me, took the x-ray herself, and there it was as clear as day a crack in my tooth right next to my previous root canal. At this point she determined I would need to have it removed and an implant inserted. She picked up the phone and called the periodontist herself. She asked him to fit me in that same day since I had been in pain for so long. The periodontist, Dr. Lightfoot, saw me in the early afternoon, removed the tooth and the root canal and inserted the implant right away. On the way out of Dr. Lim’s office, her receptionist had now arrived. Jessica took my information. She was so kind and caring. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Lim, her staff, and her office. Her ability to communicate with her patients is outstanding! She sent me several texts both before and after I had the implant inserted. She wanted to make sure I was feeling okay and taking my Advil and antibiotics. She has a great sense of humor and truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Lim to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares.

We always felt like our safety was a top priority. In addition, we worked with Lux’s preferred title company (Fair Title). We closed the sale using an innovative and creative ‘drive-thru’ process- kids and all in the car! The paperwork came to our window and all of our questions were answered without ever getting out of our car. It was painless and we would love to do that again!

Always available: Ever had trouble contacting your agent? Not here. I don’t think we ever waited more than 5 minutes to get a response from anyone on her Team at any time of the day.
