I have never seen a Realtor go the EXTRA mile in customer service, attention to detail, working for her Client and problem solving. I can tell stories of how Betsy gave her own free time and expense to correct a problem, either to help my aging Mom move out items to storage to de-clutter for a listing or go to the Condo, very recently, and clean up a mess the HOA urgently claimed was mine days before the close.

I consider Betsy a good friend I trust and my only regret is I do not have another Property to sale with Betsy’s help. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, so we had a lot of things that we had to either learn or go through for the first time and it could have been a very overwhelming and stressful experience…however Brendan and his team made this whole process extremely smooth and as stress free as possible.
We had a tight turnaround time due to my fiancé being on a resident’s schedule, and yet Brendan and his team gave us all of the attention and time necessary to make the right decision when it came to purchasing a house.
Brendan himself provided us with great insight on how the process would work, the current status of the home buying market, recommendations, and very refreshing truths about each area that we were looking at. Since Brendan has a team that he works with (and its not just him) there was not a single detail that went overlooked during any point in the process.
The house tour specialist was very prepared on every house that we went and looked at, whether it be red flags, commute times, zone issues, privacy concerns, etc they were all laid out in front of us before we even looked at the house.
The team member that walked us through the closing process constantly checked in on us, made sure that we were given the best help possible, and helped us be prepared for what the lender was going to ask for ahead of time. That way, with our shorter closing time, we were able to basically glide through it.
Last but not least - while Brendan’s team was able to take care of all those details and little things Brendan himself was able to focus on negotiating with the seller and making sure he got us everything that we asked for before we closed on the home. He was always free to offer advice, what a good offer/counter-offer would look like and the rationale behind it. I always always always felt like he was not just in it for himself, but truly representing us and making sure we felt cared for. Not a single time did we ever feel like we were being taken advantage of. It truly felt like a partnership from the first meeting.
I cannot give enough praise to Brendan and his team for how much help they were. They were responsive, engaged, detail oriented, patient, and kind above all else. They made this first time home buying experience a true breeze and I would recommend them to any first time home buyer!

Mortgage rates had just risen about 7 percent and there were very few buyers. After just becoming first-time homeowners, my wife and I look back and don’t regret having chosen John Crowe as our realtor. Among the recommendations we got, we picked the one we judged to be more experienced and that decision paid off.
Here are some cases that can be highlighted in which he was very helpful: - He saved us around $30,000 in repairs that otherwise we would have to take care when moving in or in the near future. For instance, the roof needed new shingles and other fixes the seller wasn’t willing to pay for. He convinced them to apply for insurance and it was covered, so we spend nothing. - He pointed out situations in the process where something was incorrect or we were being overcharged, for instance the appraisal fee that had been waived by the lender but had been incorrectly included to the initial version of the Closing Disclosure. - He managed all inspections and gave me great recommendations for hiring required services, such as home warranty and insurance. We did look into alternatives but we weren’t able to come up with better quotes by ourselves. - Given the purchasing process is very complex and involves lots of companies and people, he demonstrated being very knowledgeable of what had to be done in each step and the possible outcomes. Of course not all things happened exactly as we expected but, as a first-time buyers, we can say we had very few and minor surprises.
While searching and visiting homes he was very hands off, which wasn’t unexpected as he explicitly stated he didn’t want to be pushy and potentially lead to a hasty decision. My wife and I were given plenty of room so that we could set our own pace when looking for homes, which was really helpful since we’re carrying a newborn. We went to see homes on multiple occasions, some far away, and we were never treated like we were being a burden, even when our baby was crying!
Perhaps you would prefer another realtor if you want someone more opinionated.

We were selling our house in California to move to Jarrell, Texas and was in need for a realtor to help us with purchasing a home. Matt is a phenomenal realtor. When my wife and I were ready to begin searching for a new home for our family, Matt helped us narrow down our options and really focus on those properties that solidly hit our "must haves" and other expectations.
