Lashun was vwer professional in his approach but showed genuine concern in making sure our needs were met. I could not imagine a better realtor than Leatha. We have had some 'good' realtors in the past but Leatha exceeds them all. Being relocated from out of state, buying a home can be challenging but we let Leatha know what we were looking for and she narrowed down our search before going to the city to look. She was involved in every step of the process and was always available to answer any questions or concerns, no matter the day of the week or time of day. And when we had put an offer on a home, it fell through because a major mechanical issue was found during the home inspection, she worked even harder to find another home since time was of the essence. Where to begin? First, we 1000% recommend Mary-Catherine. She helped a family member sell a lot and got it done expeditiously, which was important to our family. When we were ready to begin our home buying process, we were buyers living in another state and Mary-Catherine made it so easy for us to put in an offer on a house and feel very comfortable doing so, even though we never saw it in person. She Facetimed with us while walking through the house, showing us all the little details. She answered our questions, used the video to show us close-ups of things we were uncertain about and provided an expert opinion about the house, its features and the neighborhood. She made sure we got a thorough inspection (120+ pages!!) and once we left town, she handled other appointments on our behalf, including finding and hiring a structural engineer to do our due diligence on a 1930s house.
