He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, from initial search all the way through closing (and even responds to my questions afterwards). The house looked amazing, and the photographer captured the charm of this suburban rancher. Pictures went up Friday and showings were booked solid from Friday-Sunday.
By Sunday night, we had offers (plural) to review and accept. Less than 1 week after I called you… The house was under contract. And less than 3 days after the listing went "active". That week moved at the speed of light, yet I remember it vividly. It moved so fast, because of the timeline we were under… and yet you choreographed it perfectly.

Jan and Martha were recommended realtors from a family member. As a first-time seller of a home, I was given the advice to interview several realtors before making a decision. They had printed pages of pricing of other homes in the area with similar qualities as mine. They asked questions about the neighborhood, my timeline for moving, and any other concerns. It was dated and several factors needed attention. Jan provided a seller’s flow sheet which gave step-to-step procedures of the seller’s process. I often referred to that sheet over the course of time. When the time came for showing the house, Martha “shone to glory”. She staged each room beautifully. The photographer they use was also amazing. As a result, there were many, many website views and about 20 perspective buyers on the first day of showing. The subsequent inspections became very stressful since I had already moved from the house. Jan and Martha always asked when an inspector would arrive. They insisted on being there with me when the inspectors arrived. There were a few instances where I needed professional services to be done (housecleaning, electrical, painting, cement work). Jan and Martha were willing to help me find someone if I couldn’t find them myself. When I think of all involved with the sale of a house, I truly believe a TEAM is the way to go. Jan and Martha compliment each other. By the way, Jan has great arrow up negotiating skills. I highly recommend Jan and Martha - they always answer the phone and greet you as a friend.

I worked with Neil to sell my first home and he was incredible throughout the process. I contacted him based on a family referral. As soon as we spoke, he made arrangements to meet me at my home, had comps available, and walked through my home while talking through options. It was immediately clear that Neil was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and real estate, trustworthy, and patient.
I continued to keep in touch with Neil and contacted him again when I was ready to list my house for sale a year later. As a first-time seller, I was prepared for this to be a daunting experience and it really wasn’t (kudos to Neil for his expertise!). He made the process as painless as possible and it always felt like Neil was advocating for me and my best interests.
Neil was an absolute professional and I was very glad to work with him. In buying, I worked with a few realtors (not ideal experiences) and was feeling hesitant about initiating a new realtor relationship. The experience with Neil was A+ and my only regret is not working with him sooner.
