Brandi managed a challenging contract from an out-of-state, first time home buyer. The transaction was made more complicated by a less than helpful out-of-state mortgage originator who also engaged an appraiser not fully familiar with the property and market. This led to a flawed appraisal inconsistent in its comparison with comps. Brandi used the technology of ZOOM on short notice to point out each of the inconsistencies in the appraisal and their impact on the final assessment. Her presentation was clear, comprehensive and professional and supported a recommendation that led her to a fair negotiated agreement for both seller and buyer. Won the Lottery with Christina! Truly it was a bit like winning the lottery when I submitted a request for a Realtor and Christina was the first to respond. Over the years I have worked with a number of Real Estate agents and I can honestly say, Christina has been my best experience to date. She quickly built a strong, trusting two way relationship which is absolutely critical when making one of the biggest investments in our lifetimes. I purchased a home in Oklahoma while living in another state and Christina became my eyes and ears, literally. Even though I know she has many other clients, she always made me feel as if I was her number one priority. She went above and beyond so often many times it would be impossible to list them all here! But here is an example, after I was the new owner of my home and a typical agent might have said good luck and walked away, Christina was worried about the condition of my new construction property. I was delayed relocating and with the heat, the yard was looking very sad. So she and her family made daily stops to water a very large lot even bringing equipment from their home until I got there. Remarkable!
I am so thankful I can add Christina as not only my OK real estate agent but also as a friend.
Presentation and interview : Christina had a flawless presentation backed by market data and personal results. We wanted to work with her exclusively directly after her presentation which had a high end and friendly feel to it. Our home was under contract within about 24 hours of listing and showing it. Kath helped us with our first home and she is AMAZING. You are in good hands with her. She is very thorough and responsive. She is not just trying to sell you any home to make a sale, but really wants to find the home that works for you and will warn you of any red flags that she sees. She is very knowledgeable and knows what to look for since she had flipped houses herself.
We wanted to see a house that was likely to go fast. I texted her late at night and she was able to get us in to see it the next morning. If she had not acted quickly, we would not have gotten the house.
She is extremely patient as we had some tough parameters of what we were looking for. You will NOT have a bad experience if you go with Kath. Can’t recommend her enough.
If I could I’d give Kath 5+ stars, and here’s why. In June 2023 one of my brothers and I set about to persuade our older sister, who was in declining health, that it was time to sell her home of 30+ years and move to a more manageable housing situation. A 2,000 sf house and a large yard is simply a lot for an elderly single woman in poor heath to take care of. My brother and I lined up three realtors to interview and the consensus pick was Kath. What stood out is Kath’s experience with similar situations where the client’s attachments and emotions are at or just below the surface and sensitivity and empathy are necessary qualities in a realtor. At the time the persuasion didn’t take and our sister decided to stay put.
Fast forward to August 31, 2024 when my sister passed away. Soon after her passing I agreed to serve as the executor of the estate and a first priority was to restart the conversation with Kath about selling the house and doing it quickly in order to provide the resources needed to administer the estate, settle debts and claims in particular. Of note is that neither I or my two brothers live in the area and have any direct experience with the real estate market in Broken Arrow, OK. Kath reassessed the condition of the house and market conditions and we quickly settled on a strategy for a quick “as is” sale with investors (flippers as the target market). In short order Kath lined me up with a woman that specializes in clearing and decluttering residences. Clearing out 30+ years of accumulated stuff was of course on the critical path to getting the house sold. Of note is that Kath also referred me to a local probate attorney whom I retained to assist with the legal aspects of estate administration…getting me official designation as the executor and specific authority to sell the house.
Clearing the contents of the house went quickly and notably, a lot of the contents were donated to charitable organizations to be repurposed. Also noteworthy is that we had a problem with unlawful access to the property, which Kath and her husband addressed on my behalf by changing door locks and securing other access points to the house. A godsend given that I live 800 miles away.
While the house was being cleared Kath went about identifying potential investors from herpersonal contacts, as well as those of colleagues in her brokerage, and individuals that had contacted me directly. Those potential buyers were contacted, given access to the property, and given a date/time certain to submit offers. In a matter of a few days we had three offers over asking price and ultimately settled on a cash offer, no inspections, and a quick close at a price 6.5% above asking. The transaction closed less than two weeks later, less than two months after my sister’s passing.
The bottom-line is that Kath went way above and beyond in helping me with a difficult situation. And her contacts and referrals were a critical success factor. Thanks again Kath!

My wife and I decided to remodel our house in Jenks. We received a recommendation for a remodeler from a friend. After looking at our house, the remodeler strongly suggested that, because of all that were requesting to be done, we would be better off to sell this house and buy a different house that would be closer to what we wanted. He recommended Tami McInnis and had her call us that afternoon. We met with her the following day and were sold on her capabilities and zeal for the real estate market. We received and considered four offers within the first two days of the house going up for sale. Tami had all of the offers when we met with her and explained the details of each one. Her information helped tremendously in our decision that we made. We later had one glitch concerning the appraisal. Tami immediately had possible solutions. Tiffany was not our first realtor. We wish we’d started with Tiffany, because our original realtor missed deadlines she promised to hit, her broker took three or four days to make any changes to the listing, and after two months of little communication and only two showings, our neighbor recommended contacting Tiffany to take over. It was just over two weeks from the time it took us to be released by our first broker to the time Tiffany had our house for sale again.
