We decided to buy a rental property after walking through an open house on a Sunday afternoon.
The house was only on the market for three days. In the current climate, we knew there would be a lot of competitive offers and the house would sell quickly. We needed a professional realtor to present and close this deal.
Our realtor, Brian Comer, is a PROFESSIONAL from his knowledge to appearance to communication. We found that communication was the key to closing this deal in one day. We contacted him Sunday after the open house and walked him through what we wanted. Jessica also pointed out other things to us on tours, such as how the rain affects homes and unfinished projects on homes that were a flip. Little things that I may overlook, Jessica pointed them out and made sure that we at least knew about them. Jessica didn’t just show us a house and go through the motions; she put every ounce of effort she had into each showing and made sure to point out things that can affect us in the future. There was no pressure from Jessica, and she made my girlfriend completely comfortable during this whole experience.
Some advice I would give to someone who’s looking to hire a realtor would be to make sure that the realtor you’re interviewing knows their stuff. Ask them questions about how they will help you and what their tactic will be for getting you a home. Make sure that the realtor you are looking at will also fight for you and be there for you when you need them. Jessica checked all these boxes and more. If I were looking to hire a realtor all over again, knowing what I know about Jessica, I would sign with her again and again, no questions asked.
There were so many traits that Jessica had that separated her from other realtors we were interviewing at the time. It’s impossible to list all of them, but I would say it would be Jessica’s drive and knowledge of her field. Jessica made us feel like we were the most important people in the room. I think the most important thing is that every time I felt like it would be impossible to buy a home in this market, Jessica turned around and told us multiple times that it is possible and she will make it happen. And she did; without her, we would not have found our dream home for under market value. Jessica will go above and beyond for you. Jessica promised us that she would find the perfect home for us and put us at ease as a young couple that has absolutely no idea how to buy a home. Jessica made this extremely stressful process the simplest, most stress-free process for us.
I can end this by confidently saying that Jessica is the best realtor to hire. I have no regrets whatsoever, and we truly got so lucky to be able to work with her. As mentioned before, Jessica found us our dream home in a very competitive area off-market within a month of signing with her. Jessica made our dreams possible, and I would feel comfortable telling anyone that if you decide to work with Jessica, you will find your dream home. Not only will you find your dream home, but you will also create a long partnership that goes beyond buying a home. Once you move in, Jessica will continue to answer your questions and help you with anything you need. From our first meeting, my wife and I were extremely impressed with Lee’s knowledge as a realtor. We had not been overly impressed with our previous realtors and were considering selling on our own, but we are so glad we did not. I first met Mark Garner when he handled the sell of my daughter’s condo and the purchase of her new home.
