As first time home buyers, Amber Tkaczuk was a perfect real estate agent for us! Throughout the process of buying a home, she was exceedingly patient and not only made the process less stressful, but also made us feel like we were making an educated decision. She provided information in a factual manner that allowed us to feel like we were making an informed purchase (she was more of an educator throughout the home buying process as opposed to a salesperson, which was very comforting).

We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Kathy Shunk (with spunk)! Kathy was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. We purchased a home that went into foreclosure the same week we made an offer on the home. She highlighted the concerns she had and the research she wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and we wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. There were several hiccups along the way, (no fault of hers) but Kathy did everything she could to make the process as smooth as she could. She went as far as helping us find a contractor when the pipes of the house froze before paperwork was signed. It was in April of 2022 I stopped into Nebraska Realty’s ("NR") main office in Omaha. Our family was exploring selling our existing home and purchasing a new home, as well as leasing some commercial space to expand a small business. We were in need of a top-notch Realtor to assist us. The receptionist at NR was helpful. I unpacked our residential and commercial needs and in a minute or two Molly and I were introduced.

Making a semi cross country move from NC to Omaha was no easy task, but Nathan helped to ease that burden! Nathan was recommended to us through a family friend. Nathan would walk the exterior of the home so that we could see the yard, parking, and neighborhood before entering each home. Once we made our decision on which house we wanted to make an offer on, Nathan got to work quickly. Negotiations went smoothly and there were no issues. We were able to fly out for the home inspections to get eyes on the home and finally meet Nathan in person. There were a few minor issues that we noticed on the exterior and requested those to be fixed. Nathan was immediately on top of our request. Within days the exterior repairs were fixed and we were updated by Nathan with pictures to show the work being performed. We have been in the house since last August and couldn’t be happier with the location, home, and school district! We would highly recommend Nathan and if we ever decide to move within the area, he will be the first call!

Our family recently relocated from the Washington, D.C. suburbs to Omaha, Nebraska, and we were incredibly fortunate to work with Ryan Renner as our realtor.
