My husband and I had decided to relocate from NY to NC and build a new home. Although we were already homeowners this was the first time we’ve decided to build a new home and we were very excited! My husband and I were introduced to Dwayne Hunter by our aunt who he had worked with Dwayne for years. We were impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had known about the market. It was certainly a no-brainer for us to work with him and we are so thankful and grateful that we did!

The amount of effort and time that Dwayne Hunter put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met we spent about 2-3 hours sitting with him walking us through the “big picture.” From that point on he was able to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of sanity). Each decision that we made whether it was big or small mattered to him therefore my husband and I both knew that we were in good hands. We truly appreciated Dwayne”s input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider because not everyone has it.

Dwayne was ALWAYS available for our home tours. If he didn’t pick up he would certainly call us back as soon as he was available and he was very prompt in responding to our emails. Dwayne truly had our best interest at heart. He would go to tour various homes in NC while we were in NY and include us in everything that he knew may be of interest to us. His dedication and perseverance was priceless! We were in the market for a new construction home and Dwayne was our “navigator” from start to finish. As a matter of fact Dwayne walked lots with us that were filled with dirt, mud and rocks to make sure that whichever lot we chose would best suit us. Getting to work with George was such an amazing experience. We tried in 2021 when the market was crazy and then tried again this last spring. George was a becon of knowledge and experience with not just finding the right house but also throughout the whole negotiation process. I could literally write a short novel about the experience my family had with Landon House. It started in 2021 when my husband and I were looking for our forever home. My husband and I serendipitously met Marc at an Open House in Berkeley, and did not realize until further into our conversation that he was not only a neighbor, but also a realtor. Megan Votruba is literally the definition of "above and beyond" service. Our son is relocating from NJ to Charlotte (by way of Auburn University) as he starts his first job!
