I did not think that selling a home could be anything less than a stressed-out nightmare. Then Christopher walked into our lives and made all the difference. If you want to understand what is happening in your real estate deal, why it’s happening and why it’s important, Christopher is the one. He is a born educator as well as an amazing marketer, and that combination made the whole process such a pleasure! Not only did she sell my home fast, she sold it for $5000 over my asking price. I was skeptical of her promises at first, but she truly delivered. We highly recommend Mike Huggins for so many reasons. We first saw what an incredible agent he is when he worked with my sister and her husband to buy and sell homes. Also, he worked with my daughter and her husband to buy and sell their homes. The house they sold had many issues and Mike was there every step of the way, meeting contractors when they were not able to be there. We started working with Mike on our own house hunt over a year ago. He was always patient, attentive to all details and answered questions quickly. Nick was phenomenal to work with! My wife and I were in the process of buying our first home and we had looked at sooooo many and was ready to pull the trigger on one we really liked, but Nick had educated us that it was significantly overpriced based on his research of comps in the area. Although we were a little bummed - we know we made the right decision based on Nick’s professional recommendation. Shortly after skipping on that house we came across the house we are currently in and couldn’t be happier! Nick sold our well above our asking price. He then worked tirelessly to arbitrate with our current house previous owner to ensure problems were fixed and the paperwork to back it up. He has a team of trusted inspectors that walked us through the house, never rushing us, showing us issues and explaining fixes. Once all said an done we moved into our new home and have been very happy! Nick doesn’t stop there. From time to time he checks in on us. Nick cares about his clients. That’s the difference.
