Anu was instrumental in us getting a great home in the St. Charles area. Right off the bat, during our first meeting, she asked us the right set of questions to gauge our interests, budget, likes and dislikes and focused more on what we wanted rather than talking about herself. We started off with the intent of buying an older home in 2022. Anu showed us a lot of properties which fit our budget and interest and she was very responsive to our emails and messages. While putting offers on houses, she also helped us with the comps of nearby houses so that we could put in a competitive offer. Where do I even start with how I feel about Linda. She came to us as a realtor when we were so beaten down and discouraged by the housing market. I can not express how grateful I am to have Niki. I was looking to buy my first house which I never thought I would be able to but came into a position where I could make it happen. I have NO CLUE what any of the process was. From the first meeting, Niki was there to guide me and help me constantly. She was always quick to respond when I had a question. Very open to meet or show a house whenever it worked for me. When I was putting in offers she helped so much to make sure I would have a chance without doing more than needed where I would lose out and was on top of it to make sure I didn’t miss a chance.

Beyond Wonderful When my partner, Brock, and I decided to buy a house we didn’t really know what we were getting ourselves into. Terra is absolutely fantastic! My experience with her has been nothing short of ideal and I would 100% recommend working with her. Our situation was a little unique, in that we arranged with Terra to sell my home and my wife’s home, and buy our new home.
