He has been extremely patient as the latest search took almost 2 years. We saw many houses and put bids in for few homes that were not accepted. We assessed the appropriate home value and even though we were outbid, we were satisfied with what with our bid and moved on to continue our search. Once the final house bid was accepted, he helped with the inspection and radon mitigation process. He has a wide network of subcontractors that are both cost effective and provide excellent quality services for any specific repairs needed, which was a big plus in both buying and selling. His experience with various financial and closing organizations made utilization of their services much smoother than previous experiences. Closing was quick and easy. The network of contacts he has in itself is invaluable. When selling our house, he also provided research and comparisons that helped us set a fair price for the house. He recommended staging and the stager also helped with suggestions for painting, carpet upgrades and minor repairs. Though it cost some time and money the effort definitely provided an edge on comparable properties on the market. The house had 17 showings in two days and multiple offers. We definitely recouped the additional investment in staging and upgrades. We were very pleased. I would recommend Budd to anyone who is interested in buying selling their home. .
