We are moving out of state and ready to build our dream home, but we first needed to secure a contract of sale on our house. We interviewed several Realtors and also had a conversation with our out of state Buyer’s Realtor, who wanted to ensure the process was as seamless as possible. She asked us to let her do her homework and she would do the footwork for finding us a great Realtor in MD. Jennifer Bayne was hand picked for us by a very reputable Realtor who didn’t know Jennifer, but knows what it means to be a great Realtor. She reviewed her stats, her advertising, her reviews, her market area, etc.… We interviewed Jennifer along with a few agents we found on our own.
Jennifer was on time, professional, warm, and easy to talk to. Her presentation and materials were also very impressive. She left us with a sense of confidence in her ability to get our house sold quickly for the right price. I should also mention that our meeting was in October and we wouldn’t have the house ready until just before the Christmas Holiday. The other Realtors we interviewed thought we should wait until spring when the market would be better. Jennifer thought otherwise. Joel is a superstar realtor. We used him as our sellers’ agent and he truly went above and beyond for us. He came highly recommended and very much lived up to it! We were out of state while trying to sell our property in Fells’ Point.
Joel used his wide network of contractors who were able to get our home into tip top shape (it had been rented for years and as a result needed long overdue TLC) prior to listing it. The cost for this was very reasonable and the home looked like a totally different place (in a great way) when by the time he listed it. He recommended stagers that really made the place pop and were also fairly priced. When it went on the MLS, Joel marketed the listing aggressively and it quickly got listed as a “hot home” on Redfin. We received multiple offers within 2 weeks and Joel’s assistance continued through the escrow process.
After all was done, we were able to get a very good price with minimal hassle because Joel handled it all. We never had to physically come to Baltimore and were able to do all of it remotely (during the pandemic) with his assistance. We could not have done it workout him.
Joel did all of this while he had a newborn! He always was available and answered our emails at all hours. Over the years, I have worked with a dozen or more realtors and he is truly a standout. Do not hesitate if you are looking for a great realtor in Baltimore city or Baltimore county. He is truly one of the best!

Molly helped me and my husband buy our new house and sell our old house. She was amazing and extremely helpful through both processes.
When we were looking for a new home, Molly spent many weekends and evenings (we are teachers so that was the only time we had available) traveling with us to see homes. At first she was patient as we figured out exactly what we wanted. I could tell she was paying attention even to our smallest bits of feedback. In this market it is so important to have someone who can work efficiently and Molly did that by submitting multiple offers to homes that we ended up not getting (which proved to be a blessing). Finally Molly found an off-market property for us that we fell in love with. It had everything we both wanted and was in our price range and in the neighborhood we were hoping for. Even better, she found it before most other brokers so we were able to get our offer accepted almost immediately. We are now living in this house and obsessed with it and it would not have been possible without Molly’s help.
During the sales process, Molly’s experience and work ethic truly paid off. We had our house on the market for about 48 hours, Molly organized an open house and a few showings. By the end of the weekend we had about 4 offers, all of which were above asking. During escrow, Molly kept us up to date on all the notes from the buyer and the sale went through without a hitch.
