Throughout the process, Adam was very easy to communicate with. We mostly texted, but he was also available for phone calls when that was more useful, especially when there were time crunches.
We wound up looking at 20 houses with Adam over the course of almost 2 months before finding the right one. Throughout the process, we never felt rushed or forced to buy a house. Adam was consistently reassuring that we would eventually find the RIGHT house, in due time, and not to settle.
Once we found the house we wanted, Adam used his years of experience to work up a unique offer, which was accepted by the sellers. It was one of many offers on our house, and I have no doubt that how the offer was presented is what got us our home.
Adam’s experience was also useful in getting excellent recommendations for home inspectors, the title company, and a locksmith, among others, all of whom were also easy to work with.
Even though the house buying process has ended for us, we are looking forward to having a knowledgeable and kind human in our corner going forward, as we would not hesitate to ask Adam for advice on our house, if we have any sort of problems in the future.

We met Jessica at an open house in Goddard. We told her our situation that we were looking to sell our current house she also buy a larger home being we had out grown our current house. My wife was going back to school so we told her we weren’t looking to do anything just that moment. That after she graduated, we would start getting serious.. She offered us some free advice by coming by our house and telling us what we needed to do to get it fixed up and ready for the market. We had a couple other realtors come by and look at the house as well. They were extremely pushy and say we need to sell now now now. Jessica was patient and told us whenever you’re ready. I’m ready fast forward to 2024. We decided to build a home we signed a contract in January to build our forever home. Jessica walked us through step-by-step. It was it was a complete chaos that weekend we ended up getting several offers and decided to take one that was well over asking the closing. As a first time homebuyer, I wasn’t sure if an agent was really necessary. But after a strong recommendation from a friend to reach out to Pam Hesse, I’m certainly glad I did!
From the beginning I could tell Pam was a highly skilled, professional agent: one who would help me find the house I wanted, in the budget I needed. Not only is she an amazing realtor, but just a lovely person all around.
With my difficult price point, it took a few months, but Pam stood by my side the whole time. When I began the home buying process I got connected to a couple different agents through Zillow and wasn’t overly pleased with any of them. So I decided to go straight to my lender Will King and I asked him to hook me up with his best Real Estate Agent he works with. That’s when I met Tony. Tony was very nice to work with as brought me to house after house and was great about communicating with me when the ideal homes popped up on the market. Thanks to his persistence and great negotiating skills I ended up finding the perfect fixer upper for me to make my own and it came with over an acre of land! Extremely thankful for Tony and everything he helped me through in my home buying process.
Tony was a great real estate agent! I reached out to him due to his abundance of positive reviews and received a response in less than 20 minutes, a phone call that evening, and an in person meeting the next day. He explained things very clearly to us during our home buying process since this was our first time. The thing that set him apart in our experience was his adaptability in time; Tony got us a showing much later in the evening than I would have expected due to me getting off work late. This showing turned out to be the house which we put an offer on and ultimately closed on. We felt supported and heard by Tony during the whole process and he even brought us an extra key after closing due to our work schedules. All in all, this is THE agent I would recommend 10/10 times.
