I heard about Chip through a radio commercial. I reviewed his website and reached out late one night to setup a meeting to discuss selling our house with acreage. Josh from Chips team called us within minutes to get our details and setup an appointment with Chip. From clicking send on his website to first real human contact was literally minutes. When the appt came, Chip was a few minutes early and it was great we toured the house and property talking about what we liked, didn’t like etc. Then Chip sat us down and we walked through his thoughts, opinion and then a review of comparables in the area. We closed on our first home May 2025! Hermes was great to work with and the fact of him being bilingual helped tremendously with my husband. I’ve visited Dr. Tapp once or twice a year since 2007. The thing I notice year after year is how convenient and streamlined interactions are with Dr. Tapp and his longtime staff. Dr. Tapp has:

1) A downtown/south-side location that offers close-up parking. 2) Scheduling flexibility that keep me from having to take-off work for appointments. 3) An on-site lab and 4) technology that makes coordinating with pharmacies (refills, etc) easy.

Julie is a FANTASTIC agent to work with. 10/10 would recommend using her for any sale/purchase needs. First of all, her advice on the list price for the house we sold was spot on. We were nervous as first-time home sellers to ensure we were listing at the right price to hopefully sell quickly and Julie got us multiple offers over asking price within 3 days of listing (tens of thousands more than we had thought the house would sell for). I’ve used Char twice. The first time was after I had a bad experience with a broker. I fired that broker and interviewed 3 brokers .I asked them for honest feedback as to what I needed to do to finish the house and prepare it for sale. I had some idea but wasn’t a professionals opinion

I was looking to buy my first home, with a pretty tight timeline, in a very competitive housing market. However, unlike most realtors, Molly never once pressured me to even look at a home that was above my price range. In fact, after a few weeks struggling to find something I asked if increasing my price range would help. Instead of seeing $$$ in her head, Molly was honest and said she thought we could find something within my initial price range. After seeing one house that I probably could have settled with, Molly encouraged me to keep looking and said she thought we could find something better.

Molly was extremely proactive about sending me listings but if I saw a potential house before she did, she was extremely responsive about lining up a showing as soon as possible. This woman never stops working! She routinely responded on nights and weekends and never took more than a few hours to get back to an email or text.

Once I did find a house I wanted to put an offer in on, I was confident Molly knew everything that I needed to do. If I’d been with another realtor, I would have felt it necessary to do a lot of personal research to be sure I wasn’t paying extra fees or making a bad decision on one of the many, many details involved in buying a home. But Molly had my trust and has also been doing this so long she could nearly do it in her sleep. Closing on the house was not without some bumps but Molly kept me updated on everything that was going on. She was there for the home inspection and she did a walk thru of the property on her own before closing to be sure the last tenant had removed all their items. She went above and beyond.

That’s probably why I took a VERY long time to buy my first home and I must have had Rob show me at least 20-30 different houses over the course of more than two years (Covid changed my timeline for a while!), and he stuck with me and never once got impatient. I really feel like he helped me learn how to look at houses more thoroughly and discover what was most important to look at for my own needs. Rob is also a good negotiator and will help you make informed decisions on negotiating your sale or purchase. He will advise you while still making sure everything is totally your decision, helping ensure you are more likely to get what you want. Being a first time home buyer is terrifying, especially when you have zero knowledge of the home buying process. As everyone should, I asked around to guage what their experience and expectations were of buying a home and getting the home they wanted. I needed a starting point and Sheri’s name mentioned by quite a few co-workers I worked with. All I had was the down payment and my pre-approval letter. I contacted Sheri and we had a meeting about halfway through the conversation she started building my trust, which is difficult. She answered all my dumb questions and went into detail on the things I didn’t understand, which was everything.
