Beau is almost frighteningly good at his job. A thorough professional, he is highly skilled in modern marketing techniques, and uses a sensible and effective system for selling real estate. He provided clear and current documentation of the selling prices of similar properties in our area and gave us sound advice on pricing our property. He was equally good at finding us a house to buy in the extremely volatile seller’s market of last summer. (2021) He actively sought out listings and contacts for houses that met our specifications and lost no time in getting permission to view them. He advised us well on our offers, submitting them promptly. We closed on our present home less than two months after selling our old one.

We also found Beau to be a good man, honest and aboveboard in all his dealings with us. His usual territory is in the Westfield-Carmel area; the commission on our modest Indianapolis condo must have been small by his usual standards, but he worked for us as diligently as if we had been selling a much grander place! More than this, he then took on the job of finding two senior citizens with rather limited funds a place they were willing to buy at a price they were able to pay. It was a tall order, but he did it! Moreover, he was cheerful and encouraging; he never lost his patience or his confidence.

Our experience with Jeremy was all positive. I don’t know where he finds the time, but from the very first day we met to sell our home, he already had a list of options and suggestions to sell quickly and cleanly. He responded to our emails and texts quickly. His responses to our questions had a wealth of information that we had not even thought of; this is where his experience really shows. The marketing he used was far better than I had anticipated, using some sort of virtual furniture feature that let’s potential buyers the home’s potential, small banners in each room of the house as buyers walked through the house in showings, flyers with features on counter tops, etc. Our home sold in one weekend at full asking price, that’s how good his approach is. Update: We asked Jeremy to help us sell my Mother in Law’s home this February. Of course a seller’s market was helpful, but we had multiple offers before the week was out. Still, he didn’t slack on performance, he had professional photos taken of the home, added every detail to the listing and didn’t take any shortcuts. I haven’t sold a house in 24 years. I was very anxious about the process. Kristen relieved my anxiety and essentially held my hand through the entire process. She was extremely personable, calm (which I needed), knowledgeable, and very easy to access and communicate with. My first time using a real estate agent to purchase a home was working with the Rob Campbell Team. We met Rob during an open house for another home. He wanted to know what we wanted in a home rather than just trying to sell as the open house home. TL;DR: Scott Chain is a great agent, communicative, insightful and has your best interest in mind.

Longer version: We picked Scott while talking to a few real estate agents, and after the first 2 phone calls it was evident that he was the right fit for us. During the calls he was energetic, enthusiastic about learning our needs and our preferences, very knowledgeable on lending and closing procedures and had some great tips on getting the best value when buying a home.

When we scheduled our first 2 showing with him he was immediately able to pick up what my wife and I preferred and offered well thought out insights about the home we were looking at and how it might and might not fit our needs. Just after this he was able to make suggestions on homes that exactly fit our needs. I am not exaggerating when I say we found our home we closed on in about 1 week and that was the 4th home we toured. Scott has uncanny ability to figure out what fits your family needs. He helped us even shortlist home by letting us know if a home wouldn’t fit our needs and why. That simplified the process for us greatly!

He was very responsive with texts and phone calls, always on top of schedule and helped us make informed offers. Scott saved us a good deal of money by expertly navigating and negotiating with the seller and getting us a a great deal on the home, from the beginning of making an offer to negotiating after appraisals Scott was amazing.

Steffanie Hensley, the RE/MAX team and her network of contractors were great! First off, her network of contractors are professional, licensed and insured, and offer high quality work. They work well with the seller to inform upfront what is needed. Their quotes are on point with the final billing. And offer payment options, that sometimes include payment through closing. I’ve known Steff for a very long time. I know she works hard to get to the finish line. I missed the peak of the housing market by about 4-6 weeks by the time I was able list my house. So I knew it was not going to be easy. Steff is a "bulldog" and I knew there was no one else I wanted working with me. She works tirelessly to get her customers to the end. Is very matter of fact to let you know what is needed to be done to get there. And does a great job at trying to take the stress off the shoulders of her clients. I’ve worked with many Real Estate Agents over the years, and the Sergi Group was by far the best. I dealt mainly with Steve and he was super professional, extremely helpful and kept on top of the process always. Summer is a terrific agent. She was supportive, yet direct and honest about how to best sell our house, which was really helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in finding our new home than Tina! She was always thinking ahead of what we needed to get done so we never felt rushed or pressured. This was our first time selling a home, and she really helped us understand the process, stage our home, and navigate the timing of multiple closings. I ask a ton of questions because I always want to understand how things work (and why), and she had an answer for all of them.
