One of the best decisions of my life was reaching out to Glennda Baker! Outstanding…​.We were out of state sellers, but Greg took care of everything. He suggested maintenance, and repairs to help sell the , and handled all of the contractors for us. We were selling at a bad time of year, but Greg called back all of the Real Estate buyer’s agents that showed the property, seeing if they still had interest. Before our very first face-to-face meeting, Norm had a short call with us and got some general information from us regarding our wants, needs, and even bonus features we desired in our forever home. At our first meeting, Norm came prepared with around 22 homes to show us based on what we had previously told him. He provided us with details related to each home, neighborhood information, and even surrounding subdivision details. During the first meeting, Norm also stated there were several other homes he had in his pocket to show us. With Norm’s aid, we were able to find our dream home within days, do a little negotiating, and put in an offer that was accepted. As first time homebuyers, we knew very little about what to expect and this was complicated by the fact that we were purchasing from out-of-state.
