I’m going to do something that I don’t usually do yet this time I must. We recently bought a home with the help of Christopher. In fact this is our second time working with him. He helped us to sell a home a few years ago and now to purchase a new one.
He did everything for us and let me tell you I do mean everything. Multiple times he picked us up from the airport to tour homes, when we couldn’t fly up he arranged multiple inspections, regular updates (I love accurate, timely, and efficient communication!), coordinated with our out of state agent, and even negotiated a preoccupancy agreement for us. He’s OUTSTANDING!
His knowledge, guidance, and patience helped us to navigate a very complex situation when the buyers’ mortgage company caused a two week delay on the closing of our place in Florida. He worked with us to find a workable solution so that we wouldn’t lose the house we wanted in Georgia.

I worked closely with Hope who helped me with selling a property which was part of a deceased estate. It was a complicated and complex matter which I could only manage with the guidance of a professional, especially because I’m a South African who had no knowledge of the Fulton court in Atlanta including the administrative systems and processes.
With Hope’s assistance my co-administrator and I managed to secure the services of an attorney who helped us to lodge applications for Ancillary Letters. We also acquired the services of an eviction attorney who ensured that the delinquent tenant was issued with a court order to vacate the property which he’d stopped paying rent for after hearing that the owner of the property had passed on.
Restoring the property in order to get it ready for sale was a mammoth task. Again, Hope connected us well with a company that helped in reparations to the damaged parts of the property. They also had it renovated and ready for sale.
Hope’s dedication to her work exceeded all expectations. She literally checked and inspected all the work done, gave me updates regularly, right up to getting the property ready for sale, and eventually getting it sold. The closing was done on 21st August 2024.
I believe Hope’s strength lies in her ability to communicate, and not taking anything for granted. We held zoom meetings regularly, and that’s when she’d demonstrate and point to any aspect that needed discussion and way forward. She didn’t take anything for granted. Whenever she’d had meetings with service providers, prospective clients, and the like, she’d arrange a meeting for us to discuss the way forward.
All in all, her service standard is beyond comparison. She took it upon herself as though it was her own personal project. I will forever remain grateful to her for putting herself in my shoes, thereby making me an extremely grateful client. From the moment our NY realtor found Leah and made the initial introduction, Leah painstakingly guided our family (with 2 young children) through a relocation in less than 3 months. When we came to GA in the last week of December, she showed us over 14 properties in 2 days, in 3 different cities. She walked us through the GA requirements to make an offer on 1 of the properties after she did real-time video tours through 2 separate properties to help us finalize our decision on which property we should make the offer on. While in NY, she went to the property every week and sent video and photos of the progress. When the builder installed carpet instead of the LVP we ordered, she immediately contacted the seller’s realtor and the issue was corrected within the same week. As the time came near to close, she discovered that all the flooring that was installed was NOT what we ordered and purchased as an upgrade, she immediately went to bat for us and the seller opted to refund our monies for the flooring upgrade all because of her negotiation skills. We were constantly on the phone with her asking questions and voicing concerns over the relocation and she always made time to hear us and offered sound and proper advice. She even found us alternate housing in Atlanta when our closing dates in each state did not coincide. Once we closed, there were issues with the C of O that she handled for us, dealing with the President of the company when she wasn’t satisfied with the responses she received from the seller’s realtor. She was dogged in her representation of us before, during and after the purchase! She truly is a gem. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a home in the areas she serves. You honestly cannot get better that Leah. It was a pleasure working with her.

We’ve bought two houses with Matthew and all I can say is that he made the experience so easy and enjoyable for us, he would schedule showings at a moments notice and always had our best interests in mind when seeing houses. By the way his negotiation skills are top notch, he was able to save us tons at closing. He once told me “I would never put you in a house that I wouldn’t put my mother in” and he really means it. At the beginning of our house-selling process, I searched for unbiased agent reviews on Google. Lots of reviews were positive, but when I ran across reviews for Maura and Ben, I was taken aback. They weren’t just positive, they were effusively, glowingly positive. I mean, unrealistically positive. So I called with both hope and a bit of skepticism. Ben returned my call very quickly. We had a conversation about our unique circumstances, our goals, and our questions. He was both friendly and informative. We set up a time for him and Maura to come meet with us in person and see the house.
The initial meeting was similar to other agent meetings I’ve experienced, but perhaps a bit more thorough. Of course, both of them were warm, professional, and encouraging. They provided some advice on what to do prior to listing which was valuable information (especially considering we had not yet signed a listing agreement). They also helpfully provided some contractor recommendations which proved useful.
But the real magic began once we listed. The level of communication, analysis, and insight was shocking. We always felt informed. We always knew what was going on. We always felt like we had an ally in our corner. Even through a major hiccup involving a buyer’s financing falling through, Maura kept her eye on the ball and kept us focused on our ultimate goals.
Once we were under contract, the level of attention to detail was remarkable. Maura’s workflow and processes ensured every last detail was accounted for. On the morning of our afternoon closing, she emailed us a video of her going through our balance sheet (provided by the attorney), covering every penny of the transaction. At the closing, she was there to answer questions, but there weren’t any as she had prepared us so well.
At the end, we had achieved our goals despite some difficult circumstances. We walked away grateful for Ben and Maura’s expertise, kindness, and over-the-top project management skills. Their team has set a new standard by which any other real estate agent will be measured.
And now I understand why the reviews were so effusive and glowing. It’s difficult to express just how good these two are (with a special shout-out to Sandy in the office who keeps the balls rolling every day)!

When we first decided to buy our very first home, we knew exactly what we had in mind but alternated between buying fairly new or buying a gut job/remodel. Paul is an absolutely stellar agent. He assisted us with selling our home in East Atlanta in the spring of 2022. From start to finish, we knew we had made the right choice. There are so many great things to say about how he helped us, but I will name a few. 1. He conducted an initial walkthrough at our home and gave us a run-down of the current market, what we could realistically expect, and a few minor improvements to make. 2. He was available every step of the way via phone, email, and text. No question went unanswered by him or his team. He also regularly checked in on our progress pre-listing, which was much appreciated. 3. Every single contractor recommended by Paul was prompt, polite, and completed the work requested beyond our expectations. Post inspection, he had a roofer come out within 24 hours to fix a minor repair spotted by the inspector. 4. He priced our home appropriately, and his social media skills are off the charts. His photographer did an AMAZING job with the photos, and really made our listing stand out. 5. We had a bit of a snafu right before closing–the appraisal was based on some outdated information, and Paul fought for us! He wrote an extensive letter, went above and beyond with comps and market research, and we had the appraisal reversed and our sale price approved by the lender. Happy for our buyers, and great for us! 6. Post-closing, Paul has been available for check-ins, questions about buying our new house, home repairs–you name it. We are currently looking for a home out of state and when I tell you I wish this guy could clone himself and his team, I am not kidding!

I could not be happier with picking Scott Tanger to be our agent. We were beat on a house in neighborhood we loved. Dejected and downtrodden, he picked my wife and I up and took us to another house in the neighborhood that he felt was overpriced. We fell in love with the house and, thanks to his intuition and negotiating, we came to terms with the seller way below listing. You think he’d move on to the next client and we’d never hear from him again. Wrong. A few days later we noticed the smell of gas. Within 15 minutes, a Scott was over at our house with a detector. He found the source of the leak (stove connection) and quickly fixed it. A few months later, we had rodents eat plastic pipe under our house - causing a leak and we couldn’t find the main shut off valve. Called Scott and 15 minutes later, he’s at our house with a T bar shutting off the main line from the street. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for great representation.
Scott was recommended to us and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Scott is extremely diligent and has a great team around him. His inspector was thorough, his closing attorneys were very helpful, and his recommended brokers were easy to work with.
