When I took a new job, requiring relocation to FL, I knew it was going to be an enormous task to navigate the home buying process in FL, with rising interest rates / sales prices and limited inventory. Not only that, I had a house to prepare for market and sale in AL, not to mention the logistics of the move itself. It was going to be a complicated ballet that involved simultaneous closings. I first selected Manny del Valle as my agent in FL. What a wonderful decision that was. He has such an incredible network of partners across all aspects of the home buying / sales landscape. Not only that, he goes the extra mile on anything he does. He was instrumental in researching and making recommendations for my decision on a local AL agent to help me sell my house there. All the agents he recommended for me (I interviewed all of them) were great, and the one I selected helped me make $100K more than I would have otherwise. I had a tight window to find a house in FL (and the housing market here is crazy). Manny’s real-time knowledge of market conditions was key. Nivia made herself available on a Sunday to show my husband and I several places in Zellwood Station. We put in an offer that evening on a place we fell in love with.
