We first met Andrew over the phone, a few months before we actually met him in person. We discussed at length the type of homes we were considering, all of the features we wanted and of course, our budget. As sellers, we lived more than 1,000 miles from Sarasota. Candy and her team were our "full service" eyes and ears on the ground. In addition to expertly doing all of the things that realtors do - marketing the house, showing it, closing the sale, etc. they helped us get the property ready for sale, dispose of excess stuff in the house, identify vendors for a wide assortment of needs - roofing, electrical, etc., and deal with a variety of unique and challenging issues that arose. That said, we had a contract within 2 weeks of listing the house and closed within 2 months, for close to our asking price in a challenging market. Candy is a knowledgeable, experienced hustler who works 24/7 to do all of the things that need to be done, and more. Carissa helped us select our home. She took us to places that other realtors did not, and we ended up finding a good location. The build process was long and drawn out, and very difficult. Through out the process, Carissa was supportive and informative. She was involved in a couple of meetings to help get the process going again. As the build continued, her attention to detail was important. She caught a few mistakes that we would have missed. She would regularly visit our site and videotape progress on the home, something the builder stopped doing after about 6 months. This was appreciated. At the end, as we were coming to closing, she was helpful in the inspections, etc. She is a good agent and we would use her again.

Lee Brewer is an excellent realtor! If you are looking to purchase a home or condo on the Gulf side in Florida I highly recommend working with Lee. I wanted a direct Gulf view condo in Crystal Sands on Siesta Key. I was working with a different realtor for 7 months and she was not able to find me one. I switched over to Lee and he found me exactly what I wanted within 12 hours!! He emailed his contacts and found a pocket listing that had not hit the market yet. We were able to work out a deal and close in less than a month.
Lee was very professional and thorough in the job that he did for me. I was buying remotely and Lee was in the condo within a day of finding it to take a walk through video and sent good pictures as well. He researched the building and sent over all of the recent inspections and assessments that had been done to the property / building. He was also able to provide me with the rental records of the previous owner. I must reiterate that Lee was able to do in 12 hours what my previous realtor could not achieve in 7 months. He is hard working, honest and he will find you what you are looking for.
Lastly, the previous owner of my condo cut the internet and cable sooner than expected (right on the closing day). The renters were not happy about it. Lee went out of his way and gave the renters a $200 gift card to a nice restaurant in town to help the situation. You will not find a better realtor to work with than Lee.

AMAZING …. That’s what Michele is! We are relocating from NY. We met Michele a few years back and even told her we weren’t ready to make the move yet, and she was kind enough to spend an entire day showing us around to get a feel for the areas. Fast forward about 2 years, we were ready to take the plunge, so we flew down and she found us our waterfront dream house. She shined throughout the negotiations and closing process (she even negotiated that the sellers leave their kayaks and surprised us with it :-). She was always available when needed, great communication and execution. Then came closing day …. our lender kept telling us things would be ready, but we kept waiting and waiting. Michele knew we had to catch a flight back to NY the next day and it HAD to get done that day! So Michele, being the get-it-done kind of woman that she is, had us drive to the closing company and we sat in the parking lot until the paperwork was emailed over, so we could close. It was a stressful day (due to our lender - NOT Michelle), and Michele made us margaritas in the parking lot while we waited! It was the perfect thing to take the edge off and it also made for a really fun story. The paperwork was finally sent at 5:01 pm (they closed at 5:00), but Michele had the foresight to know that if we were there waiting, that they’d take care of us. There are some good agents out there, and there are some really bad ones … Michele is neither … she is in a category of her own …. SIMPLY AMAZING!
