I had an amazing experience buying a car at Bill Kolb Subaru. I went in on a Saturday, after my car had totaled that Thursday - I was planning on looking at some cars and waiting at least a week or two to buy. (Spoiler, I took home a new car on Monday!)
Their staff was SO kind, gentle, and knowledgable. I worked with Howard and he was excellent! He showed me each car I asked to see in a knowledgable, not-pushy, and not-annoyed way. I asked to see rates for new vs used versions of each car he showed me and Howard obliged happily and without being pushy!
Every charge and tax was thoroughly explained to me. Each accessory package / trim level was explained to me in a way that actually made sense. There was transparency every step of the way. Their policy of straightforward pricing, combined with the detail oriented and genuinely kind Howard, made my experience seamless.
When I decided on a car, Howard reviewed the car with me again and encouraged me to ask questions and have an educated discussion about my needs, wants, and the car’s features. I never felt pressured to buy, and I was never upsold.

Dr. Bradley Wallace is my neurosurgeon and has been for many years. He has performed surgeries on my spine (different issues) several times. He is a well educated, articulate and patient doctor. His consultations are focused and easy to comprehend (it is important to note that there is nothing about the spine, that is easy to comprehend). After getting her contact from one my best friends in October/November 2020, I "met" her through text/audio and video calls over WhatsApp. On our first talk, we talked for like a hour about what we (my wife, me and our child) were looking for in a house. She gave us a lecture about it, location advantages, growing locations, price range and so on.
She was so thoughtful explaining everything that gave us confidence to continue the search/process of buying our first house in US. And in top of that, a purchase made entirely overseas.
She made us photos and videos of the entire construction, from the terrain/lot before purchasing to home presentation/delivery. She even made live videos during pre-drywall inspections and home walkthrough pre-delivery with the builder, where she pointed out things to fix/repair leaving almost no remarks to be done by us.
In addition, Catia dealt with documents, vendor/builder, appraisal agent, bank, financing agent (actually two because the first one left us both hanging without enough information and almost made we lose the house and pre-payment) and she did all this with such professionalism and beyond her work scope (including huge amount of after hours!!). It was really impressive. When we arrived at US and we first met her in "real life", there were hand-shake, there were hugs.
A truly ethical, humane, polite and dedicated person. A friend to keep. I go beyond saying that I highly recommend her, I have to say that I ONLY recommend her.

I was in great hands as soon as I was recommended to Chodry from my Lender Frank Dolatto. From day one, Chodry went to work and asked me what kind of home do you and your wife want. Helen took care of all the closing process, and we completed the closing remotely. This was not the end of service. Helen kept the communications channel open with the seller and us to make sure that all the house inspection issues resolved, and the house utility and maintenance services continued without disruption even after we have moved in the house. The whole thing from identifying the house to closing the purchase was very smooth without any headache. It was really a wonderful house hunting experience. She is a super person to work with. I was helping my daughter to sell her house and one of our neighbors recommended Kishroy. I had other realtors that were interested, but I figured I’d give this one a try because of the recommendation. We initially talked on the phone about things and I talk to my daughter to make sure that we were all on the same page. He had some good recommendations initially based on the condition the house was in and how much we were looking to get for it. After he came out and viewed the house, we talked some more and he already had the feelers out to see if there might be interested in it. We had several reasonable offers right off the bat, but people needed to view the house before we could finalize anything. I know that several people came out and viewed it and after being for sale for about a month we had some serious interest parties. We picked the one that felt like the best offer, and they had to do a inspection on the house before they would finalize their offer. Once everything was said and done, they made an offer which we countered, and we were then able to settle on price and terms. It took a couple of weeks to finalize everything else through the title company and the HOA. The day came to sign and we made the trip to the title office where Kishroy joined us and we went through a very painless process of signing all the paperwork. My daughter was very happy with the entire outcome. The price was in the range of what they wanted Kishroy help get everything done to make it as painless as possible. We were totally satisfied and I would definitely recommend their services if you were buying or selling a home in the area. They also have some other services available for rental housing and mortgages if it is something you would be looking for. they were very professional throughout the process and treated us very well.

Lisa and Mark recently helped us sell our home in Winter Garden and purchase a new home in Clermont. From the beginning, they were incredible to work with. My wife and I had 2 realtors prior to meeting Melanie and had become very frustrated with the process. Our realtor prior to Melanie did not explain the real state of the market in our price point and by the time we did submit our offer a week later there were multiples and we did not win. Myself being originally from NY, I could tell the moment I spoke with Melanie she had the kind of aggressiveness, urgency and knowledge we really needed in an agent. She was extremely knowledgable about the market and area relocation trends. When we found a property with Melanie that we wanted she was amazing and negotiated 6% back in sellers concessions for us and a new roof, which we had a lender tell us he had “never seen in his life and wouldn’t be possible.” Melanie made it possible. Our home also appraised for 10k higher than our contract so we had additional equity at closing on top of that. We are super thankful for Melanie and would recommend her in a heartbeat.
Melanie is a top tier agent. She was available, responsive and very knowledgeable about the area. She suggested specific neighborhoods based upon our needs and we found a great fit within just a few weeks. We had a different agent (family friend) prior to Melanie and she was hard to get a hold of, and could only see properties on certain days. We lost a few houses due to this. In October 2023, when I decided to sell my house in Ocoee, Florida, I needed a realtor. I typed “Realtor” on the Google webpage. In less than ten minutes I received a phone call from Melissa Vance who told me she would like to meet with me for discussion how she could best help me. I knew then that she would be my realtor. Why? Because she was “on the ball;” she would respond to my needs at my convenience. Later that day, and on subsequent days, I had calls from other realtors. Their late calls indicated to me that they would work for me at their convenience.
From early October 2023 to 14 February 2024 Melissa Vance took care of my house. Most of that time I was in Virginia with my daughter’s family, receiving care for a bad wound on my left leg. Melissa reported to me, at least once a week, that she had been inside my house and found everything in good working order. In the four prior houses I had owned and sold, no realtor had ever offered me such attentive service.
In short, Melissa Vance is a “cut above” in her line of work. My house in Ocoee, Florida, is sold, and I have no reason to work with her anymore. That’s a good outcome, but I will miss working with her.

I want to thank Mora Perez for her proffesionalism and commitment, In a short version of my story, My wife and I have been attempting to buy a home for the past 2 years, unfortunately due to post covid builders were not giving much incentives and rates started to spike up, In our first attempt 2 years ago Mora Perez assisted us finding a new home, we were able to find one and entered a purchase agreement, in which a bit after rates spiked and it complicated the sale, we had decided to back out as we were given the choice due to the drastic change, Mora Perez had advised me not to lose hope and that she would help as best as she can, I have come across many realtors who wouldnt even give you the time if it meant they would lose time or money, Mora however has proven to be the opposite of that which makes her successful and unique, to fast forward the story Mora had kept in contact with me and kept me in the loop with many upcoming options to consider until 2 years later we came across an opportunity, we finally were able to find our new home, and although there were many questions in between with the Lender and builder, Mora Perez was consistant and determined to help, now I am certain many would think, sure anyone making thousands of the deal wouldve done the same, however I disagree, I find it to be so disheartning how our culture has changed in such a negative way that many wont even help or address you unless there was a benefit involved, I am greatly pleased and blessed to had found a Realtor like Mora Perez, the fact that she waited 2 years along side of me and my family and the constant conversations prior to knowing if we would qualify or not is what ensured me she was the best indeed, I am certain she hoped to get compensated, who wouldnt, but she in no way shape or form ever in the whole entire search or process ever made me feel like she was only attending to me in her best interest, she truly stood by her promises, even when the 1st sale was not favorable she guided us and advised us to possibly hold off for something better as she stated she would rather see us happy in a home we wanted and deserved as she respected the idea that this was a long term investment, even though it cost her the sale due to the voided purchase agreeement. Mora in no way forced the sale or misguided us as some would just sway away from involving themselves from a personal level to avoid such scenarios, this is what seperates Mora from the rest. I’m going to try to be short and sweet. I started out 3 years ago wanting to buy a house. That’s when I first met Omar, and hired him as my realtor. But I also made a good friend thereafter as well. Fast forward 3 years. With inflation at an all time high, and wages stagnant, I was unable to afford my mortgage payments any longer. So I rehired Omar to sell my house for me. The house was bought in both me and my mom’s names. In October 2023 we signed a listing agreement with Omar. In December 2023 my mom passed away. It was then discovered that the vesting of the deed and title were incorrect, and did not give either one of us rights of survivorship. He also accompanied me by phone when i met with the title agency to discuss this. I then had to put the house in probate because I have 3 siblings. One of my siblings reassigned her portion to me. But my other two siblings were not as willing. Omar was highly involved in the probate process, communicating with them for me if I was unable to. He also worked his *ss off trying to negotiate terms with my siblings. Nobody worked harder on this house sale than he did. Omar even helped me on moving day; spent most of the day helping me move. He is an excellent realtor and friend who goes well above and beyond for his clients, as well as for those people he considers friends and/or family. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody. He is a godsend.

What can I say, third realtor I work with and what an unparalleled experience. Samantha was available to answer my questions at all times, she showed us homes as late as 8:30 pm due to our work schedules, she kept feeding us listings daily until we found what we were looking for, she did research on the market in which we were planning on buying our investment property to advise us if we would be able to get the rent we were hoping for and thank god she did because we would’ve been screwed otherwise. Two of the properties we looked at were renting for less than $500 what the mortgage would’ve been so we looked on different areas that she suggested, and instead of steering us towards the higher valued properties she looked out for our best interest despite the fact that her commission ended up being less, but she knew that in order for us to make a profit we couldn’t buy in the area we were looking at. Samantha’s response time was under 30 mins each time I called or text, she recommended the best loan officer we’ve worked with and had us closing in just 11 days from the day we got under contract. Overall Samantha and Jose from Tag Team Lending Group were amazing to work with and I will 1000% recommend them as a team. Using Shawn as a realtor was a great experience. I have been involved in real estate in one capacity or another for 30 years and Shawn was a great exception to the stereotypes. Shawn worked very hard to listen to to our desires, and our requirements. He spent nearly an entire holiday weekend showing us homes. We looked at a lot of houses, and Shawn would allow us to formulate our own opinion, would not persuade us either for or against a house. Tania was amazing in all aspects. She helped me make the house look great, handled the pictures and postings, was great at negotiating, and really seemed to be 100% aligned with us. Initially I was looking at large real estate websites which would buy my house and/or list my house. I almost went with them, but I am glad I didn’t. Tania informed me what she thought we could sell it for, which was over 10% more than the websites were offering. The house sold for exactly what she said.

Best Realtor ever….Zac Hernandez has been working with me since 2018/19. Zac has made it his business to keep in contact with me. Even when I wasn’t ready financially he still check up on me every few months for the last few years. Last year I beat him to the punch and called him letting him know that I was ready to purchase my house. He had his finance guy contact me and the amount was not what I wanted.
