I will start with a little back story on my house hunting nightmares. I had been looking for a house in several different locations and states, which led me to dealing with over 10 different realtors. After several inspections, contracts, attitudes, and not to mention lots of money and stress, still six months later, I had no home. And then I found Angie! By this time the common denominator I found with realtors was they wanted easy, agreeable, non questioning, quick decisive, clients (none of which were me) and then I found Angie!
