I was very happy to have had Giovanna as my seller’s agent. I was living in California during the pandemic and I had to rehab and sell my mother’s house in Miami. I never post reviews but Isabel Cortes deserves this review. First let me tell you that she is our real estate agent in Miami (and all Florida) for life! We purchased our first condo with her in 2015 and the second in 2023. The experience of working with Isabel Cortes realtor during the 2 purchases was the best possible. Now we just had the closing of the sale of our first condo dela in Aventura and if it was not for her dela acting as our listing agent this sale would not have happened. She found solutions for any problem and was able to foresee them ever before they came up. She pinpointed some errors when reviewing the Closing statement that seller and buyer’s attorneys didn’t notice. With Isabel as our listing agent we were able to fetch the record-breaking sale in the building. The highest price sale ever recorded in the building. Couldn’t be happier!

I moved to Miami from out of state, so phone and email communication was critical but Mr. Lopez made the process easy. Additionally, he served as an English/Spanish interpreter at various points as I don’t speak Spanish and the building staff doesn’t speak English, so that was a much appreciated service, as well.

This was our second home purchase, but after working with several realtors in the area and not having any success in 90 days I was finally referred to John Mena. I never had an agent who worked as hard as John did on this purchase! We were doing this long distance and during the crazy hours I worked which included nights and weekends; he was amazing! When we first spoke to Josh we were in the beginning stages of potentially buying our second home. He came highly recommended by our lender and she did not disappoint. I called 10 agents that were referred to me and who had high reviews. 8 picked up the phone right away, but the other 2 never responded. Having bought 4 homes in 12 years (and sold two of those), Melissa is top notch. First, it’s not just a business transaction with her.
