We recently listed our home with Amber, We had talked to another realtor prior to going with Amber, the other realtor was non responsive and indicated it would take a week or more to have the house on the market. We talked to Amber, we were impressed with her preparedness, so we went with her and she brought our house to market in 2-3 days. Amber is very professional, detail oriented, she is very responsive and empathetic to your needs. She kept us up to date every day, sometime several times a day. We had an unusual scenario where we were under contract, and the buyers realtor was making some very un-realistic demands, and I thought she was being very disrespectful. Best Real estate Agent Ever!!! Connie was an amazing agent. She helped us even before we put the house on the market, telling us what we needed to change/improve, what buyers will pick up as areas of concern and how to maximize the value of our home by doing some small stuff.
She also knows everyone. Whatever trade you needed, Connie knew someone who she could call and bring there to help you at very reasonable prices.
Once the house went under contract, we got into our 10 day repair window from the home inspection and that also happened to be the same week we needed to be out of town. Connie did it all. She scheduled the repairs, met the trades at the house and ensured they all got paid while we were away.
Additionally, Connie has excellent communication skills. She is always available via text or talk. She gives us the guidance we need and want and then asks for our input/feedback and what we want to do. Sometimes, she would tell us not to do it that way because she knows how it will be received by others and that would not be best for our sale.

To everyone else reading this review, I’d like to tell you a quick story about my experience with Dana and why you should choose her to represent you!
Im an out of state investor and bought my 1st investment property (a plot of residential land) in the Jacksonville area a few months back. I quickly had the property ready to flip and contacted several agents in the area. Because this was a small deal, most agents didn’t even call me back. When I got to Dana, she was honest and transparent immediately. She set my expectations, was very professional, and genuinely wanted to help me. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and I immediately trusted her!
She had my property ready to list within a few days, but took the time to listen to my needs so she could price it accordingly. She found the sweet spot between attracting buyers and considered the speed in which I needed to turn the property. Within a few days we had offers flowing in.
I accepted one of the cash offers and she wasted no time. She initiated all the contracts, sent me all the requirements and took the lead as she said she would! We got to the very end and that’s where it got exciting (sarcasm).
The property I purchased as an investment had numerous liens that came up during the title search. The liens were placed by the city of Jacksonville and were much more than the purchase price of the initial investment. I was panicked!
I was learning a hard lesson in real time from over 1000 miles away. Dana, had a cool head and told me not to worry and that she’ll work just as hard on this smaller transaction as she would on any other. But, I disagree! She went above and beyond. Not only did she hold my hand throughout but she helped me turn what was going to be a large loss into a profitable deal and to this day, I can’t thank her enough!
Needless to say, we created a great relationship and she will be my agent from here on out in the Sunshine State! Do yourself a favor and look no further, you found the right agent, right here!

I absolutely loved my experience with Nancy! She really kept my and my family desires in mind, when helping us find our first home. She was always quick to respond when I had a question (I had a lot), and she never pressed me, or made me feel that I had to make a decision about a home, if I felt unsure in any way. She never seemed irritated with the amount of homes I asked her to show me either (also a lot) lol. All in all, I would give my home buyer experience with Nancy a 10/10! PS before I found Nancy I had already fired two other realtors, because they either didn’t respond to me in a timely manner and I felt too pressured to bid prematurely.
