I have recently completed the sale of my home in magnolia Lakes in Gateway Communities Using Keller Williams Realty. When I retired I decided to down size since the market was still doing fairly well. My neighbor who is in the Real Estate industry (Title Business) recommended Keller Williams specifically David Lang. She said he was " a no nonsense realtor and I would love working with him".

I contacted David and he was exactly as she described him; very prompt and professional. On our first meeting he had done his research and had comps for us to discuss. We walked the house, David listed to my plans and made several suggestions of what would help the sale and what did not need to be done. I had been in real-estate many years ago ; he was right on target for getting the best results which was my goal.

It took several months for me to get several projects completed and David kept me informed of movements in the market with reports and updates on the area. When it came time to list the property I was very impressed with the package David used to get the most traffic. This included MLS, online listings, etc. but what impressed me the most was the number and quality of the photographs he had taken of the property. They really showed off the property at is best on line. The house was only on the market for less than a month before there was a contract. David advised me and worked with the other agent to work out some details but the whole process went very smooth.
