It was an absolute delight to work with Rob Nunes. He is extremely organized, communicative, detailed, and goes the extra mile every step of the way. From our first meeting we were confident in Rob’s sales process and strategy to obtain the highest price for our home. After packing up our things, we were done. He brings in cleaners, window washers, and stagers. He even replanted flowers, added mulch, power washed the patio, and made sure the yard was in good shape. He also helped us clear out furniture we were not able to sell.
