Bonnie & her team are AMAZING! If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She helped us sell our mother’s house which was in bad shape from years of neglect. My parents had not updated the house for 30 years, it needed a new roof, things were falling apart and it was definitely a "contractor’s special." We agreed to sell it as is, but even then, it needed work before we could put it on the market. Bonnie & her team introduced us to all the right contractors to get the house ready for sale. My home-buying process was VERY complicated financially, took longer than expected to begin, and waaay longer than expected to close. Felicia was consistently hands on, patient and responsive, providing incredibly timely and critical guidance, and never wavering despite the challenges.
She reviewed and sent detailed disclosure summaries on each house I was interested in bidding on, making needed fixes easy to understand. She proactively scheduled meetings with my lender when things got confusing, and then helped make sense of what my options were. She researched downpayment assistance programs (DAPs) for me when I had trouble figuring out their rules/applications.
When I had an opportunity to rebid (we were the top bid) on a fixer-upper, Felicia helped me with the difficult decision of whether to move forward, staying neutral rather than pushing me to buy, and I’m so glad I chose not to rebid!

What can I say about Frederick? Except that he should be your real estate agent of choice especially when you’re a first-time homebuyer like myself. I first engaged with Frederick back in July 2020 and really "got the ball rolling" in August/September 2020. Throughout the first initial phases, and of course on Frederick’s end - to ensure I’m a "serious buyer" - he was very attentive to my needs: Asking the right questions on what I was interested in, not interested, what I’m looking for, what are deal breakers, price ranges in relation to location, and all things that a buyer would need/want to ensure is all sorted. I too also came to the table with a very specific set of asks and requirements to ensure we were both on the same page. He helped put together the criteria of listings and really knew what I was looking for based on the listings he showcased to me.
As for his connections from mortgage brokers to direct lenders, it was absolutely invaluable. Through his referral, I was able to receive a great deal and I could not have done it without his introduction.
Overall, if you’re looking for someone who is personable, has a very keen understanding of what you’re looking for - even more so when you know what you want and don’t want, are looking for someone who is available to you at various times of the day to ensure you’re always comfortable throughout the process, and will make sure to "go-to-bat" with the backend conversations to get the deal done - I would highly recommend Frederick.

2 years ago, we were looking for our first home in Daly City in Bay Area. We decided to engaged a real estate agent (not John Kenny at first) to help us land our first home in the ridiculous housing market that is Bay Area. Our first agent was an absolute disaster, so sheepish and didn’t take charge of anything. We lost a beautiful townhome because of the first agents incompetence… we were so upset (and sad)… it was time for an immediate agent change.
Then we engaged John Kenny…. it was a night and day difference in service and professional competence and experience. He even gave us a 1 year home warranty as a complimentary gift for working with him (and lo and behold we ended up using it almost 7 months into our purchase because our garbage disposal leaked and broke). John has since stayed in touch with us, checking in on how we’re doing every few months - we enjoy hearing from him, including all the awesome July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas cards he sends every year!

As a first time home buyer, I was quite anxious throughout the process of buying a new home, especially in such a competitive market. Katerina was very patient and very thorough in explaining the homebuying process to me. She was very prompt and responsive to my messages and questions. She put me at ease. But of course many agents might have these qualities, but Katerina went above and beyond.
I’ll give 3 examples of what I think sets her apart. She had an attention to detail. I had some questions about the specifics of what an HOA cover and she went through the trouble of calling the management company (and being put on hold for quite a while) on my behalf to get to the bottom of it.
On the day that we did our final walk through, we realized the previous owner had left the fridge in a very dirty/unacceptable state. She arranged with the seller for it to be cleaned.
Then, after moving in, I realized that the A/C had broken. Even though we had closed she still guided me through where to look for my home warranty and how to submit a claim for it.
I felt extremely well represented by Katerina, and I would highly recommend Katerina for anyone looking to purchase a home in the bay area.

I was first introduced to Kent by a family friend, who had previously bought with Kent as her realtor. She recommended him because he helped secure her ideal house, and in the end, helped me with mine.
Kent was willing to work with my budget and locations, and was willing to set up schedules to visit multiple houses to help me find my ideal home. For multiple weeks, we went to 5+ different houses per week in a short time frame that were out of the way and required long drives, but Kent still showed up to showings and gave us his expertise.I really appreciate his knowledge about interiors and the attention to detail he has when looking at showings. One time, when I was looking at a house, Kent noticed a faint discoloration of the wall - he looked and found that the walls had been altered in multiple areas which helped me make my decisions about buying a house. He also showed me many comparables to help me decide which house was more to my liking. When it came to communication, Kent was always clear and concise about all steps of buying a house, and always made sure I understood what document I was looking at or what next steps I should be taking to secure a house.

Laura is hands-down the best realtor you can work with. I’ve worked with her twice - to purchase my condo in 2012 and to sell it in 2024. In both experiences, Laura was incredible throughout the process. I’ll focus on my 2024 experience where Laura helped me sell my condo while I was living in Santa Monica. My wife and I have a 1-year old, and it wasn’t feasible to do trips up to San Francisco. Laura handled every step of the process and allowed me to sell the condo over the asking price. She assessed the unit and identified a series of upgrades that would help. We then prioritized the upgrades with my budget. Laura then helped me find contractors and find the hardware. She then project managed the actual upgrades, staying in close contact over the phone. We did the counters, sinks, faucets, lights, floors, painted the wall, and more. She then marketed and showed the unit. Despite a slow time in the market, we got multiple offers over the asking price! The offer we took was a two-part loan that was quite complicated. Laura helped me understand the risks and navigated me through the closing period.
Some things you get with Laura. She is experienced and knows exactly what you should do at each step - preparing, listing, marketing, and negotiating the close. We are so grateful for everything Martin Encinas did for selling our parents home. We used Martin as our agent while searching for a home to purchase. We were impressed by his communication and diligence – almost instantaneous replies to texts, notes and advice on disclosures for houses we were interested in, advice on contingencies, bridge loans, etc. He was patient with our requests to view homes, and was always there before us - sometimes long before us, to tour the home himself and give us insights when we got there. When we had decided on a house to purchase, Martin made the buying process go smoothly. He negotiated a fair selling price, pointed out what we should have the seller include in the home warranty, introduced us to a mortgage vendor (and served as the middleman in that tedious process), connected us to a contractor to do required sewer lateral work, and participated by video conference in the title closing process, during which he pointed out some errors the title company had made in the documents. We can’t imagine an agent with more dedication, transparency, perseverance, and genuine friendliness.

Milli was great! As first time home buyers we were in the dark of knowing the process of buying a home. We found our home within a day mid-December and Milli was able to help us close on the home before the end of the year! She was lovely to work with!
We interviewed numerous agents and Milli was very convincing in the way she described the process we would have to follow to get the property we had fell in love with. As soon as we started working with her, she was on the ball! And the ball rolling fast! This was a very competitive market (bidding war, covid shelter hence popular to get a second home). She helped us every step down the way, she got water companies to come to inspect the water, general inspectors, cleaning crews (for when we would have the property), electricians etc. We only had a few days to make the decision, work out the clauses, and figure out the bidding strategy. She got us through this. We had to cycle with the sellers, since multiple offers were received, but she enabled us to keep the course, and finally got the house after emotional rollerclusters. She helped us with finding the proper insurance agent (high fire hazard zone). She drove multiple times (1 hour away from her office) to help us in our assessments. Also she knows the local market, she knows the issues with the properties (water, electricity, internet - which are tough in the rural areas). She is extremely competent, professional, friendly. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying in the area. If I buy again in the area, I absolutely want to work with her again!

Starting out we toured many places, some we liked, some we didn’t and some sold too fast. Fortunately, we stumbled across the right place at the right time and we connected with the sellers. However, Rebecca had her hands full with this deal and she certainly knows how to handle delicate situations professionally. Rebecca worked for 3 months with us figuring out how we could make the sale work for us.
We overcame many obstacles, dealing with unfortunate breach of contract due to tenancy situation, the sellers having a reverse mortgage $$$, trying to avoid a short sale, helping us coordinate all of the inspections. She connected us with the right attorneys to maneuver these situations.
She has a strong network of lawyers, architects, contractors, mortgage brokers all local to SF that one would need at every step of buying a house. She also has strong connections with local inspectors we needed before contingency removal of a house that would help with home inspection, pest inspection, roof and structural reports, sewer lateral etc.
She will tell you when you need to act fast on a property(to propose the best offer in a bidding situation) vs when you can take some time with inspections and contingency removals.
Rebecca is super smart and great at giving advice when it comes to handling tricky situations. She was on top of comps with every house and figuring out how to get a great deal. She understood our style well with the kind of house we wanted to be in and made it a priority in recommending certain houses.

Outstanding Experience with Todd and Kim Wiley - Highly Recommended! When I decided to sell my house, I visited an open house down the street and immediately connected with Todd. I loved the contemporary updates he and Kim had made to that house and felt confident asking him to assess my home. In hindsight, I wish I had done these updates years ago just to enjoy them myself!
Marketing & Selling Once the remodel was finished, Todd and Kim’s marketing skills took center stage. The staging company did an incredible job, and the photography, drone video, and 3D imaging made my home shine. They even created a dedicated website and URL for my property. Open houses were well attended, and there was a lot of interest. Although we originally planned to take offers on a Thursday, Todd and Kim suggested holding a few more open houses the following weekend to build more buzz. That strategy worked—offers came in that Monday, and after one counter offer, we went into escrow the next day!
