Dana Gray sold my Carmichael home in the autumn of 2021 during the Covid Pandemic and made sure that I felt safe having only prequalified buyers tour my home. I.decided not to host an open house but was able to sell the house in less than 2 weeks for a cash offer. Dana staged the home prior to putting it on the market. She used my furnishings plus added some finishing touches and saved me the expense of a stager coming in. There was an issue with the title on the property and Dana was able to resolve the problem created 14 years ago when I purchased the place. After the house sold, I put all my worldly possessions in storage and went up to Oregon to stay with a friend to see if I wanted to settle in another state. It was winter and the cold weather and isolation made me realize that I wanted to be back in California. I returned in the Spring and contacted Dana to search for a new home. Every evening, she would send an email with listings. I studied which homes in the listings that interested me then checked them out. If I felt I wanted to tour the place then I would contact Dana and we would meet up in the next day or two and sometimes even that day! The market was hot at that time and she had other clients but made me feel that I was a priority. I caught Covid during this time and when I found a listing in the neighborhood that I was interested in, Dana went and did a video tour so I could view the place. That is the type of personal service that she gives. I put an offer and deposit on two houses before buying my current home. After receiving the home inspection reports decided to withdraw my offers. Dana was able to secure my deposits back. Her knowledge, expertise, personal service, and kindness makes her an excellent realtor as well as a wonderful caring person. Ibo is such a honest and humble person. Ibo walked my husband and I through all the steps of buying a house and answered any questions we had. He is very patient and would give us any relevant information that we wouldn’t even know to ask as first-time homebuyers. During the inspection, we discovered the home had Kitec PEX plumbing, a discontinued type of pipe known for its risk of bursting. This wasn’t disclosed in the seller’s documents, and understandably, we were very concerned. Jason was familiar with Kitec and explained the associated risks, even though he hadn’t dealt with many sales involving these pipes.
To our surprise, the sellers were resistant to negotiating, but Jason handled the situation with professionalism and persistence. Despite the challenges, he secured a sizable seller concession toward future repiping — something we didn’t expect, given how uncooperative the sellers were.
In the end, we closed on a home we love, with greater peace of mind thanks to Jason’s guidance. He ensured the sellers followed through on every part of the deal, and he was always available to explain the next step and answer any questions we had — which, as a first-time buyer, made all the difference.

If you’re looking to sell your property in the Sacramento area (or beyond), you can’t do better than to hire Justin with the Vierra Group for the job. I owned a rental and decided I was done being a landlord when I reached out to Justin. My condo was in no state to put on the market after my renters moved out. After evaluating the property, Justin stepped me through my options and pricing expectations. He suggested that by making some improvements, I would realize more profit than without the improvements. A service Justin offers is to front the costs of improvements for which he is reimbursed upon closing. We agreed on a max budget and he got to work. He came up with a proposal to completely overhaul the kitchen from floor to ceiling, refinish and stain the wood floors throughout the condo, replace baseboards, repair termite damage (later discovered in the subfloor of the kitchen), upgrade bathroom and repaint entire condo. My jaw dropped because the budget he had to work with was not that much. What was really awesome (and I felt Justin went above and beyond as a realtor) was I didn’t have to lift a finger. Justin made the purchases and hired the contractors and coordinated EVERYTHING. He kept me updated and sent pics. When the condo went on the market, I got asking price within the first 2 weeks (while other properties similar to mine were having to reduce their prices after sitting on the market a bit). Justin was trustworthy, professional and terrific to work with. I will hire him again in a heartbeat!

The remainder of the sale process was much easier than we could’ve ever expected.

We highly recommend Tim Comstock. Tim was an excellent Realtor for us as sellers of a condominium in Sacramento. When meeting Tim for the first time, he showed up fully prepared with a market analysis including comps for our type of property and a detailed marketing plan. He looked around the property and immediately provided us with recommendations as to what fix-up work we should and should not have done to prepare the home for listing, and he had qualified people (painter, handyman, stager, etc.) available to work on short notice. We used his recommended people, and were very happy with the quality of their work, timeliness, and cost. Tim arranged for necessary meetings with people from the HOA and made sure we quickly met all requirements to be in compliance with HOA procedures around a sale. Tim was excellent at communicating with us throughout the process, and guiding us as to what to expect when. The net result was that we sold the property at a price we were more than happy with, and the whole process from our initial conversation with Tim to close of escrow was lightening fast, in just under 8 weeks.

When my mother decided it was time to leave her River Park, Sacramento home after over 50 years, she knew who to call.
