I first saw Dr. Garza for an epidural steroid injection. He did a thorough exam and gave me all of the information I needed to proceed with the injection. The procedure went well and everyone from check in to check out took great care of me. After the first injection I got minimal relief and my neurosurgeon and I decided to go forward with a laminectomy and fusion. Dr. Garza told me to contact him after the surgery so they could help with pain management. After a successful surgery, I returned to Dr. Garza’s office and saw Daniel, his PA. Daniel has been wonderful in handling my pain management as well as addressing all of my concerns. All of the medical assistances have been great as well. I have only good things to say about the people I have encountered throughout this process. I appreciate the kindness and compassion I have received from these people, which can be hit or miss in the medical community these days.

Sheri was amazing with helping us buy our new home. With how crazy the market has been, there are lots of dynamics that are required to understand in order to navigate- view a home, placing an offer, and responding to seller counter-offers. Sheri made this process way less stressful and painless. We placed two offers that got out bid, and when we were bummed, she kept us on the right path that eventually led to the home we bought and now own. I cannot recommend Dolf highly enough. When purchasing an investment property, he was able to structure a creative financing strategy which resulted in a loan well below what traditional lending can deliver, landing me squarely in positive cash flow territory on day 1. On top of that, he negotiated the deal down handsomely below ask. I ended up on a palanquin being carried upon the shoulders of the seller. I’ve worked with several other investor-friendly agents both in and out of state, but Dolf’s unique mindset, skills, and ability with nontraditional financing allowed him to manipulate the raw substances of a deal in far more creative & productive ways than seen from anyone I have worked with before. 5 stars all the way for Dolf.

My father was diagnosed with cancer and began to rapidly decline and my Mom has dementia. I was asked to assume power of attorney and manage their estate which included the sale of their home. It was a very stressful and overwhelming time. I currently live in the only home I have owned which was a new build so I have no experience with selling a home or working with a realtor.
