Not one detail over looked

Young did a great job selling my home. His staging made the home look even better in the photos. He also used his drone to take bird’s eye view photos to give a perspective of how the home is positioned highlighting the curb appeal. He advice on price points and the supply / demand in the market and the price point for the home was invaluable. He was able to get 5-10 interested groups through the home in the first week which resulted in multiple offers. Through his experience he was able to negotiate with each interested party and worked collaboratively with the buyer’s agents to obtain ultimately a price above my expectations. After the home inspection, he further negotiated so that both the buyer and myself were happy.

I am very satisfied with Young’s responsiveness, knowledge, and negotiation abilities and would recommend him as the realtor you would want to have in your corner. He consistently goes above and beyond what is needed. As a customer, he is my first choice as a realtor.
