Kevin Kott & Gabriel Medrano are without doubt the power team at Paul Kott Realtors. They absolutely sold our home and yes maybe this review might be bias, but read on. The real estate market nowadays has to be one of the most volatile markets there are, especially because of all the economic bad news and hikes in interest rates. We had tried selling our home about this time last year and failed, so we were somewhat jaded by the time we ran into Kevin and Gabriel in the process of selling another home in our neighborhood. All of their flags and signage drew us to them. We thank God to have met them both, as well Paul Kott himself. Paul Kott Realtors have been in business for the past 41 years selling real estate properties in the Orange County area. There isn’t anyone that can match the knowledge and experience that we got when we signed up with them.
