My wife and I relocated from Vancouver, WA to Tucson, AZ for a work promotion. We found Alan online through a house that he had listed. We emailed him to ask some questions about the home and began emailing back and forth about others. We described to Alan the type of home we were looking for in terms of distance to work, style, neighborhood feel and price range. Within minutes Alan responded with a great list of homes for us to check out. By the time we were ready to make a quick (less than 1 week) house hunting trip Alan had arranged for us to look at close to 20 different homes, and had no issue with us adding some that we had found on our own. His quick response times and understanding of our needs made us confident that Alan was the realtor we should go with.

My wife and I only had about three days to look at houses and Alan cleared his entire schedule and gave us three full days worth of his time. He was very flexible with changes to the schedule and drove us from place to place. Within three days we had three houses that we were willing to make an offer on. We made an offer on our favorite and Alan worked very diligently with us and the buyers while we were back in Washington.

When it came time to negotiate price and other considerations with the seller, Alan worked quickly between us and the buyer and offered excellent advice based on his 29 years of experience. Alan also had excellent recommendations on VA loan officers, inspectors and termite inspectors. We’ve used Alan’s list for other projects since we’ve moved in and have yet to be disappointed.

We really enjoyed working with Alan and have him to thank for a home that we absolutely love. If and/or when we decide to move again, we plan to use Alan to help us sell our home. I cannot recommend Alan enough.

Where do I even begin!!! I’ve put off writing this review because I wanted to make sure I gave myself time to really attempt to give Asia the review she deserves. We were first time home buyers and during what I would consider is a crazy time to buy a home. However, we approached Asia with a scenario of being about 8-9 months out from buying. Well we ended up falling in love with a home about two months later which meant everything was about to move real fast. From day one, Asia made herself so available to us, answered all questions, and even gave us a folder full of info the first day we all met. As the process continued, Asia was pointing out and addressing issues we didn’t even know were issues. She went to bat for us so many times and never backed down! She spent countless hours at the new home with and without us being there to ensure everything was getting done and in a timely manner. If she felt like things were off or not moving according to plan, we were updated immediately and then reassured that she’s already addressed it with all others involved. My work schedule is all over the place and the closer we got to closing I was not able to answer my phone as much, but I can promise you Asia finds a way to continue giving you all the info you need. I always had texts/voicemails/emails with all the updates I needed to still know what was going on, even without being able to answer my phone. We never felt like we were not in the know throughout the whole process.

I could go on and on about our experience with Asia, but just know… the knowledge base is amazing, the communication is top notch, she never made us feel dumb even though we had 12,000 questions and probably some on repeat, she fought for us from start to finish, and she 100% puts in the time/work/effort to get you where you want to be! Way Beyond Our Expectations!!!

Karin Phillips level of expertise, ability to professionally communicate all necessary aspects of our sale, and represent our family’s interests was exemplary! She went way beyond what we ever imagined possible. We’ve never had a Realtor work so hard and so imaginatively to market our home. We would never even consider using another agent. I’m not sure if I can find words to describe the experience I had working with Karin, but I’ll do my best to try. To start, I live in Texas but own a condo in Arizona. We’re new to Arizona, and she provided a great intro to the various neighborhoods, and helped us understand the area and get our expectations in order. Like …​ we never had to think about monsoon season before.

Where to begin…. We started working with Mason September 2024 when we decided to make the big move from Arizona to Colorado. Mason had his work cut out for him as it has been a TOUGH market AND we lived in an area surrounded by new builds, but that didn’t stop him from taking on the challenge. This was the fourth home we were getting ready to sell and we haven’t had the best experience with realtors as these days, so many people are in it for themselves and are only looking out for their best interest. Mason, from the start excelled in communication which has always been HUGE for us and something we’ve always struggled to find in a realtor. Not only did he get beautiful photos up of our home, he also provided a personalized video (AMAZING touch btw). While those may seem pretty “standard”, this is where Mason REALLY sold himself….. He didn’t just give us a realtor, he gave us himself and his heart. We were already living in Colorado, surprise baby on the way, paying on two mortgages and had enough on our plate so to take a huge weight off our shoulders, he regularly checked on our home, checked our mail, held regular open houses AND checked in with/updated us WEEKLY or anytime there was ever a concern. If I had any concerns and needed him to drop by, he made it happen! In my opinion, he went above and beyond our expectation, which tells me he isn’t in it for the money but is instead led by his heart, doing what he loves (and that is always someone you want to have in your corner, especially in a situation like ours). I never once doubted his ability and am left in nothing but complete joy and gratitude as he worked diligently to get our home closed on today! Tammy Borgmeyer represented me as a buyer’s agent when I was moving to Tucson; I started working with her in December 2021. I accepted new employment in Tucson in February 2022 (start date for my new job: 6/1/2022). When I visited Tucson in Dec. 2021/January 2022, Tammy met with me to show me some homes. My leave time was limited, and she was gracious enough not to mind showing me a handful of homes during the holidays. At that time, I did not have my job secured and although the move to Tucson was expected, it was not guaranteed. Tammy spent time with me then (and before on Zoom) and then continued to be in contact with me as I wrapped up my life and sold my Boulder, CO condo. Tammy even assisted in making an offer on a house while I was still in Colorado (we were outbid on that one). When I moved to Tucson, I rented an Airbnb for 2 months, with the hopes I would easily find a home to move into by then. That was just at the end of the housing frenzy when everyone was offering $100k “over asking” for every house and you had to be “on” if you wanted to land a contract for a home. Tammy was prepared, knowledgeable and hard working. It was not easy to be a buyer’s agent during that time (1st and 2nd Quarters of 2022), but Tammy worked hard to get the job done and get me settled in my home in two months or less.

She not only did that, I ended up with a home I dearly love! Tammy was an excellent agent, was reliable and consistent and knowledgeable. If I had a question she didn’t have the answer for, she’d go find the answer! Tammy did all of this while dealing with me! It was a great transition for me, but the move to a new state, with a new job, was more than challenging. I was emotional at times and frustrated at the market; but Tammy was supportive of me all the way through and helped me navigate it intelligently.

If you’re looking for a realtor, Tim Haggerty is fantastic. Recently, my wife and I purchased a piece of land west of Tucson. Throughout the entire process, Tim was very responsive, flexible, and focused on making sure that we had a great experience with the entire transaction. As we are not local, having someone on the ground to act as our eyes and ears was important. The transaction encountered some challenges but through it all, Tim was great, providing frequent updates, photos of the property, and frequent status reports of the goings on and how things were progressing prior to closing. Most importantly, he helped us close the deal.

Even after the sale was completed, Tim continued to be of great help in making sure that everything was set and in good order with the property, even going so far as to using his own resources help get an additional item of debris removed from the property.

I highly recommend Tim and would not hesitate to trust him in the future. In short, Tim Haggerty is a true professional whose honesty, integrity, and perseverance made a potentially stressful transaction easy and pleasant.

Amazing! Val truly went above and beyond for our family. As first time home buyers we had a TON of questions so she got a bunch of late night emails and texts from us. As a first time home buyer but also someone who does their research and is a Tucson Native I do not think I was ease to impress. I have lightly stalked the Tucson market for years and have a lot of the understanding but not the experience in real estate purchasing.

A lot of people talk about how stressful and challenging buying a house is. Honestly, mine was the easiest thing I have done in the last few years. I’d like to say I’m just lucky. However, I realize it has more to do with my amazing realtor (Waco) and how he curated the experience in a way that took away unnecessary stressors and created efficiencies in paperwork and inspections.

There is a subtle grace and earnestly that Waco has which is beyond helpful. There are times during the process which you need a guiding hand and also times you might need to be situated back to reality. As I call it- “of course I want it for free… but what’s my next best option”. It’s the reality of I know this is going to be a cost- but how do I navigate this in the best way for myself. Waco is genuine and trustworthy. He was able to understand what was important to me and ultimately closed a deal that left me feeling very good.

I learned so much through this experience. It was quite delightful- That I think about my future house or investment and the fun I will have when I partner up with Waco and his team again!
