Alex is AWESOME! From start to finish he was there answering all my questions morning, noon, or night! Alex is also very knowledgeable on both the realtor side and the broker side he knows a lot. A bit of background - I was a First Time Homebuyer that started looking at the beginning of March 2021 in Arizona. To say that the market was insane is an understatement - and at the time of writing this review, it still is.
From the beginning, Alex warned me that because of the market, I might not get an offer accepted right away, so he suggested I get ready for this crazy ride.
Alex shared his MLS system with me, where I could browse through available homes and share my favorites with him. He was flexible with his availability to show homes and was a great communicator. The funny thing is, I loved the first home he showed me, and I told him I was ready to make an offer. Through his expertise on the market and advice, I determined how I wanted to present the offer - which was accepted despite having 11 other offers! There was one offer that could’ve potentially beaten me, but here’s the great part - the seller CHOSE to work with us because of Alex’s great communication with them. Oh yes - he’s a great negotiator.
So let me break it down: I started looking for a house on March 11th, made the offer on March 14th, and closed on April 22nd.
I would 100% recommend Alex to anyone.

For more details: We entered the housing market in early February as things were really starting to ramp up in Maricopa county. Natascha was always open to our ideas and concerns as we looked at homes, while at the same time keeping us grounded with what our budget could really get us in the market. When it came time to put in offers Natascha excelled, following up and making sure we were as competitive as possible and informed the whole way through. She even in the current market was able to get us into our dream home under asking. During escrow/inspection Natascha never took "no" as an acceptable answer form the seller and even in this crazy market got us huge concessions from our seller. She also took the time to answer all of my wife and I’s questions and was always helpful, professional, and easy to talk to.
After we purchased our new home we were so thrilled with Natascha we hired her to list our old condo. Natascha came in and gave solid advice on what needed to be done to sell the property. Her and her team did an amazing job staging and were able to get me a very generous offer within 36 hours of listing, and closing on time so I would have to pay new mortgages.
Outside of being a realtor Natascha is a great person to be around, she is fun and energetic and always willing to help. Even now she still asks me questions about how our new home is going and what is going on with our family. I would hire Natascha again without a second thought. Her and her team are simply the best.
